📵Put your phone down: Most distractions come from notifications on your phone.
It would be best to put the phone in the next room.
🎶Listen to wordless music: Music can help you focus and get in the zone.
However, music with words can distract you from your task.
🍶Have a water bottle next to you: We all know how significant drinking water is.
When you are working, do not forget to stay hydrated. It will benefit both you and the work you are doing.
🚶Every 25 minutes, take a break: I've set a timer for my laptop, though sometimes I ignore it, I'm trying to follow it as much as possible as of late.
While you are constantly working on your laptop, you must move around to avoid getting sedentary.
You obviously don't want to gain weight or develop other problems!
🌅Getting started in the morning: The mornings are peaceful and fresh.
Thus, if you start your work with fewer distractions, you will be 50% more likely to complete it.
